What is Log-a-Jog?

Log-a-Jog is an advanced Runner’s Diary System that lets you log your run and then analyze your progress later. It tracks just about everything you could ever think of associated with a run, whether you are a beginner or a competitive racer. It lets you track the obvious, like distance versus time (which can be broken down into an unlimited number of laps or multiple runs per day), and calculates your pace. It can also calculate the number of calories burned based on your pace, weight and duration. Log-a-Jog also lets you record milestones (such as your favorite turn-around point), time of day, date (which automatically records the day of week), the course you ran, temperature, pulse rate and lots of comments. Log-a-Jog can even record other types of exercises that don't involve distance/pace (swimming, aerobics, etc.) without interfering with your true Run Totals.

Log-a-Jog is ideal for anyone who wants to track their running, jogging, walking or other exercises. By seeing your progress over time on graphs and reports, you gain motivation to continue your routines. You don't have to be a competitive racer to benefit from using a logbook.

Log-a-Jog is written out of our passion for running, jogging and general overall physical fitness. Log-a-Jog was written after hours by VCR's "running crew" in the endeavor to create a logbook that we would use ourselves.  After we completed the project, we had a product we thought we would be able to market over the internet - we had a great response, and received many great reviews and awards for our efforts.
